During Acute Weight Loss, our goal is to train your body to utilize your stored fat for energy. Your healthcare provider will make changes to your plan based on your weekly evaluation.
Initial Consultation Includes:

- History and physical exam, including vital signs and EKG
- Body composition analysis
- Nutrition and exercise education
- Appetite suppressant*

You will transition into Short-Term Maintenance once you reach your goal weight. There will be an emphasis on nutrition and fitness to help you make the lifestyles changes necessary to maintain your weight loss, as you wean off of the prescription appetite suppressant (if applicable) and increase your caloric intake.
